DELIVERY OF ITEMS AND RENTAL KITS
- We have contracted out the delivery of orders to a private carrier. Purchases and rental kits are delivered to your home, 5 days a week and all over Mauritius.
DELIVERY TIMES
- If your order is placed before 11:00 am, we will do our best to ship the parcel the same day (business days only).
- You will receive your parcel the day after the shipping day (or the next business day; this is a "next day" service).
- If you know in advance that no one will be able to receive the parcel during certain time slots, do not hesitate to let us know.
- Keep your mobile phone close by so that you can answer the deliverer.
RATES
- For purchases, delivery cost is Rs 200, anywhere in Mauritius.
- For rental kits, return delivery is already included in the price.
RETURN OF RENTAL KITS
- Rental kits are delivered in sealed paper bags.
- Remember to do the same for returns of kits. Thank you 🙂
- We will agree together on a date for our carrier to pick up the kit.
- The return costs are included in the price of the kit.
